The Federal Government intends to initially contribute R$16.7 million to help finance the first undergraduate college of the National Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics (IMPA), which will be located in the Port Zone of Rio.
The unit will be an anchor of the Porto Maravalley program, aimed at the development of technology startups. The courses and companies will be located in a warehouse that the City Hall is renovating and the adaptations are expected to be completed in October.
