If you are outside the country or outside the state of RJ, here at Cury the process can be done online, being audited by Caixa Econômica Federal, which brings more security to you and the construction company. For your security, the contract can only be generated after approval by Caixa Econômica Federal and upon your decision, being only validated with your digital signature for reservation. After that, the act slip is generated and sent to your email by Cury construction company, once paid, the purchase of the property is finalized.
For investors, Cury has flexible and special conditions for direct purchases.
If you are interested in approval with Cury Construtora, request your approval by email: marcelefranca.rj@curyvendas.com.br or schedule your personalized service for your in-person assessment at our stand with the Caixa analyst, and follow the entire process with Caixa Econômica Federal in real time.
