The Casa Verde e Amarela program served 3 income groups:

Track 1:

Aimed at families with income of up to R$2,400.00, withsubsidy of up to R$47,500.00*;

Range two:

Aimed at families with income from R$2,400.01 to R$4,400, withsubsidy of up to R$29,000.00*;

Track 3:

Designed for families withincome of up to R$8 thousand.

*The subsidy varied according to family income, region, size and value of the property.

Track 1 and Track 2 -The maximum value of properties for these ranges will be up to R$264 thousand - depending on the region of the country.

Track 3 -Income of R$4.4thousand to R$8 thousand, there is no government subsidy, and the property ceiling was raised to R$350 thousand for all of Brazil.

REGISTER:

If your family has a monthly family income below R$2,640.00, you must register with your city hall or with an organizationdora (Time Saver) to start the selection process.

For families with income monthly family between R$ 2,640.00and R$8,000.00, the process can be done independently. To do this, just do a simulation with Caixa Econômica Federal through the construction company, authorized, to find out how much you can invest, and deliver yourwumentation.

REGISTRATION EVALUATION:

Caixa will then evaluate your registration, receive and analyze your documentation.

The credit assessment is free, generating no cost to the customer or purchase commitment.

CONTRACT SIGNING:

After approval and validation of the registration, you sign the contractof purchase and sale and of financing.
